·         Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
·         Analyzing customer needs, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve problems
·         Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
·         Keep records of customer interactions, transactions and actions taken
·         Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed


·         Norwegian native level, verbal and written
·         English high level, verbal and written
·         Customer service experience is a plus
·         Computer skills – first level of support
·         Soft skills: customer-focused mindset, listening, phone skills, verbal and written communication, building relationships, problem solving, multi-tasking
