o Service of meals, drinks and snacks orders.
o Ensure proficient knowledge to answer questions on menu selections, product availability,
o Ensure a consistently high level of service.
o Make sure that all consumptions are correctly billed and paid.
o Record transactions on MICROS/SIMPHONY at time of order.
o Complete opening and closing duties at the different F&B outlets.
o Ensure appropriate and timely mise en place for all services.
o Fill & arrange the different storage areas and fridges.
o Maintain cleanliness of work place at any time.
o Help perform the monthly food & drinks inventory.
o Ensure that F&B areas are clean, tidy and in optimal working order.
o Support room service and collaborate with other departments.
o Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
